RREUSE
RREUSE is an international network representing social enterprises active in re-use, repair and recycling. Since 2001, RREUSE had been supporting the development of social enterprises active in the circular economy. The members of the RREUSE network provide local and inclusive employment as well as a strong sense of belonging for the most vulnerable in our societies. Drawing on the first-hand experience of its members, RREUSE - based in Brussels - aims to ensure well-designed EU policies, innovative partnerships and the sharing of best-practices which help to develop inclusive and circular business models across Europe and beyond.
In the CISUTAC consortium, RREUSE is:
leading the task on Circular Business Models which aims at developing product lifetime extension systems and organising models to rebalance the value chain;
involved in many tasks such as developing workstations for repair & dismantling and improving textile sorting, building scenarios for the T&C transition, providing policy and standardisation inputs, delivering repair & dismantling training for RREUSE’s members or providing inputs to build circular business plans for the CISUTAC pilots.
