Inlecom Commercial Pathways Ireland (ICP), part of the Inlecom Group (established in 1996 and operating in Belgium, Greece, Spain, Ireland and United Kingdom) provides strategic knowledge-centric consultancy to help private and public organisations exploit their unique capabilities to create or strengthen their commercial and competitive advantages. In the CISUTAC project ICP leads the exploitation and IPR management activities. More specifically, ICP will:
engage with all partners to map the project’s IPR landscape, and develop an IPR roadmap and strategy, with the aim to identify innovative results towards commercialisation and the development of new products and services.
work with the project partners to review the Key Exploitable Results and circular business plans looking at various parameters such technology differentiators, target markets and market segments, and potential customers and offer advice on the best exploitation routes.
